Open the World (www.opentheworld.fr) is a brand new Au Pair placement agency (created in 2010 in Lyon western suburb) who offers “tailor made » European Au-Pair stays.
Open the World is a small agency.
This enables its team to offer a personalized and qualitative service to all its candidates whoever they are : young persons wanting to become Au-Pair abroad or host families, wishing to welcome an Au-Pair at home.
Our aim is to reassure Au-Pair candidates, for whom this stay will often be their first long term stay abroad,
and to reassure host families by sending them only very carefully selected Au-Pair candidates.
An Au-Pair stay usually lasts minimum 2 months and maximum 1 year.
Most of the host families do prefer long term stays to give their children as much stability as possible.
Open the World is working with very serious European Au-Pair agencies, which have been selected for their experience ; most of them are members of the IAPA (International Au Pair Association).
With Open the World you can become Au-Pair in England, Scotland, Germany, Austria, Spain or Italy.
We also need young persons from all over the world to be Au-Pair in our host families in France. Departures in some more countries will be possible in the next few months.
